It's about time at least in the skip ahead versions of Windows (20H1) to introduce a new file system to replace the aging NTFS and FAT32 systems. In addition we need to get away from Drive letters etc and go more for a Unix UNC type of system e.g \directory etc. Apart for perhaps a special partition for the OS it shouldn't matter these days where data actually resides - especially large drives -- and this also gets over the problem of ever running out of space on 1 HDD / SSD if there are others available in the system. There's plenty of FREE mechanisms for backing up DATA which often can be more valuable than the machine it resides on !!
Speaking of file systems, I still remember all the hoopla MS created for WinFS early in the century. It was going to be the greatest thing since sliced bread and would replace NTFS in Vista. It didn't, of course, and hasn't turned up anyplace else that I know of. But that wasn't MS's only venture in what eventually became vaporware.

It became ReFS if you are looking for a new file system to play with.

    Sleep Issues

I have similar problem with my Asus x540UBR laptop.

Since upgrade to version 1903, when I close the lid, laptop wakes itself up after several hours.

My power settings are the same as they were before upgrade.
My issues with 1903 and sleep have been that my computer will not go to sleep when plugged in to a power source. I can manually force it to go to sleep but sleep and subsequently hibernation didn't work. Tried so many suggestions from various forums.

I went to Staples where I bought the computer the tech is amazing. He had me do a quick restart of windows. That fixed the problem.

Microsoft needs to address this glitch.

I updated windows 10 to 1903 3 days ago. Unfortunately, after about 36 hours the search function didn't work. When you click on "type here to search," it is none responsive. The pop-up box is blank.
Only fix was to go to see a technician who recommended resetting windows 10.
I had to reset windows 10 to get it to work.

I just copied the ISO image to the desktop, mounted it, and installed from that. Worked like a charm.

There is a missing known problem on page 1. The defer feature update setting is inoperable - see Can't Defer Feature Updates in v1903 Windows 10 Pro? Would some one please add this to the table.

The other annoying features for me are also the Event Viewer bug and Sandbox doesn't work.

This is yet another shoddy software release which has been poorly tested. These bugs are obvious and should have been fixed prior to release.

I'm afraid that table is Microsoft's official list of acknowledged bugs. As yet they haven't acknowledged this one. Your only recourse is to hammer the Feedback Hub until they do.

Has anyone else come across the following on their PC in Event Viewer. Is this just a bug?
Ive just clean installed 1903 this morning and the installation went without any problems. Out of curiosity though I always have a look in Event Viewer to see whats there. Im seeing the Event ID 360 User Device Registration warning..its not an error just a warning. But strangely, when I click on it under General (Its the one that starts Windows Hello for Business provisioning will not be launched)...its written in jibberish. I don't really know why Im even seeing this at all because Im running Windows 10 Home!! I can tell what all the words are supposed to say but there are letters written backwards and others are typed in a weird form, and 90% of the letters in the words have ^~' " and other strange markings above the letters. Its written in English and you can tell what each word is supposed to be but the letters are written in a weird jumbled up way. Its only this particular warning that is written in a weird way. All the rest of the warnings and errors are written in perfect readable English. Is anyone else seeing this?

I have been getting that Warning forever, since the time when I first got my W10 (July 2017). Nothing to worry about. Is one of those Warnings and Errors you get used to seeing. It doesnt make me blink.

Anyway, I believe it has to do with something missing in the computer that dont allow the feature (Windows Hello) to work. Since you cant use Windows Hello in your computer, Windows issues the Warning when Hello looks for something thats missing in the computer. This is the best explanation I can give you.

Hi mate. When you click on the User Device Registration warning with Event ID 360 and read what it says under general. Is it tha same as mine? You can tell what the warning is supposed to say but is it all written strangely with characters such as ^ ~ ' " and other strange markings above letters and letters such as e and r written backwards etc.
Like you said I have seen this warning for ages but Ive never seen it with the warning message written in a mixed up way even though you can tell what the words are
