I would start a separate thread with you issue. You will get a better response.
I can recommend all the standard stuff as you have not mentioned what you've tried. I will note that there are "Blocks" in place for some known issues. If you absolutely need 1903 then you can force the upgrade, myself I would wait.
Start with Imaging your system so you have something you can restore. Macrium Reflect is one tool.
Run the online update trouble shooter.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/...troubleshooter
Disconnect all devices that are not required for boot.
Disconnect from the Internet.
Remove any third party AV.
Rerun MCT tool and create new ISO on your storage. Mount ISO, (right click iso, click mount) and run setup.
As I said start a separate thread and report back the outcome of the above steps.

I notice blank icons in the internet explorer jump lists. Random , say for example YouTube which is in my frequent list. I’ll right click the IE icon to show jumplist and it’ll show its fav icon but another time it may not (just be blank)
seems ok on other jump lists such as Mozilla, edge etc. just internet explorer affected. At least it is on mine! Don’t know if anyone has experienced this

Night light, f.lux, Color Management are still not working for me, Ryzen 5 3550H, Radeon Vega 8.
I have flux v4.104 and It's working, barely.
4days ago I posted; And two weeks ago were the 5/14 updates:
Since then there's a lot of discussion about making sure your drivers are up-to-date so I ran a check with lenovo's updates checker and found I needed a BIOS update for spectre and meltdown then it was a new intel vga driver v21.20.16.4627 and finally an audio driver. All that went well but I still had the flicker and I remember some threads where a display conditioner like flux will cause flickering so now I'm experimenting with flux turned off for the last two days and I have to say that flux may be causing the flickering problem.
I want to give it a few more days before I leave it off and if that's the case I'll miss it because I'll miss the yellowish glow flux gives the display. Windows has always been too blue to suit my tastes especially since I found out years ago that blue messes with a person's circadian rhythm.
btw. There's been two windows update checks since the lenovo updates and still no 1903.
after upgrade PC wakes up from sleep automatically after about 1 1/2 hour, never happened with 1809 ...
Hi
Tried to update to 1903 but received error 0xc000000e and as a result my laptop will not boot up. Backed up with Macrium prior to the update attempt but obviously the backup cannot be used due to the booting problem.
Any advice appreciated.
