Lo and behold... No update… Did you guys click on "check for updates", or was it auto detected in Windows Update as part of the daily check?
FYI - all of mine (five systems) came without clicking "check for updates."

Couldn't force it. Just checked and it was magically there.

    FWIW.

    Thanks for the info

Darn it MS... I don't get this, why am I not offered? Am I not good enough? The only thing it says in Windows Update to me is "Looking for information about updates?" or whatever, and "you are up-to-date, last checked today". This virtual queue is dumb. If nothing happens June 11th I will go crazy. I need to drink more patience juice.

    Ha!

I might be seeing things - as one gets older everything's truly possible - but 1903 offer magically disappeared from Windows Update for me today!

The only thing that has changed my end AND I KNOW ABOUT since yesterday evening is updated Realtek Audio driver that I forgot to update earlier.

Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version

    So, any takers?

HP Probook 430 G5 running Windows 10 Pro Education (retail version). Currently on 1809. Trying to update to 1903 using MCT. Tried 3 times getting error code 0xa0000400. Any suggestions? (Also posted this under upgrade issues)

Mine disappeared after updating the Realtek HD audio driver as well.

It's not listed as a "known issue" so I don't know what the problem is. I had no plan to update to 1903 soon (waiting for 1-2 more CUs) so it's no big deal to me, but it's interesting that somebody else had this exact same issue.

I have a Realtek HD Audio driver aswell. Interesting. I've never used it, I forgot about it because I use a powered dac for audio.

In Windows Update under the advanced tab there's a checkbox called "give me updates for other Microsoft Products". Does anyone know if this is related to anything important? Mine is not checked.

I think it is Microsoft's 'machine leaning' rollout adapting to the telemetry MS gathers and changing the update 'blocks'. I had just one machine that was offered the update on day one. Turns out I had some minor issues with its Intel video driver under 1903 so I returned it to 1809. A few days later the 1903 update disappeared from windows update, so it may be that others had issues too. Today it has reappeared - I have yet to decide if I'll try it again
