I haven't seen anybody post about it. I got some time on Sunday, I just may restore the laptop back to 1809 and then do the a in place update on it with the USB Stick (with today's MCT).
I had some free time early this Friday Morning. I restored my tablet back to 1809 (just prior to performing the upgrade to 1903). I downloaded the latest MTC software and built a new USB Stick with 1903 on it. I ran setup from the USB Stick and downloaded the latest updates and proceeded to move on and just before it was ready to perform the in place update, it informed me of the following:

The boot wim is still at 18362.30. Still not really fixed.

Here is the MS article regarding your problem which I also encountered. I used the Workaround to install 1903.

That could be the problem. There was no problem upgrading to 1809 from a USB Stick or having a SDCARD attached ! why is it a problem Now ?

    Spaghetti Code? Gremlins?

Maybe I have to unplug all of my non-essential USB devices to get the update?

I may try unplugging all the usb devices I have, keyboard, mouse, webcam & monitor and give the upgrade another try.

I think the gaming part is why I haven't seen this update on WU yet on my main PC. Because I have a TON of games installed, some use dumb DRM aswell. Not sure if some of them use BE, but I know some use EAC. I will definitely wait until this feature update matures a bit. Unless it's being forced onto me by June 11th, then I will see.
