Yes, they say it has with the release of 18362.145 yesterday.
Caveat, maybe, not sure. If he DL's and installs via WU, should still take precautions re external USB devices, because the .145 may have to be installed after the 1903 upgrade. I checked the ISO made from MCT, and it indicated 18362.30.

Thanks I just followed that link, and disabled that feature. Maybe my imagination, but it seems to pause before opening the normal lock screen now. When I first booted into the 1903, and the lock screen blurred in front of me I thought "oh boy here we go".

Small thing compared to troubles that others are experiencing, I cannot change my lock screen photo. That option is grayed out.

Have 1903 a few days installed and, except some stubborn VSS-errors in the eventviewer, did not discover any improvements compared with previous 1809...............

Downloaded the 64 bit ISO, extracted it and installed from the destination drive.
I left all drives and cards in this time to see if it would do an in place upgrade with no issues, as is.
All went well, but it took about an hour.
I ended with 1903.18362.145 which I take to be the 10.5.19 update.
    It's running fine so far.
Very pleased I didn't have the upgrade issues I had in the past:)))

Check above TC. Looks like Midgo did a successful install with disks & cards attached and ended on .145.

Good, looks like WU does it's own "check for updates" in the getting ready whatever. Or somewhere. Least he didn't have to apply them after.

I went from 1809 to 1903 on my Asus laptop and when I logged in first time it had already applied .145 for me too. Very convenient.

My clean install from the MCT on my old W7 lappy went straight to .116 rather than .30 so it looks like it does.

My MCT ISO is from 5/22, virtually day 1. They've updated the base MCT version....that's good. Soon, it will be MCT base .145. That's the one I will tuck away.
