    I made the error of downloading the .iso and installing it as an upgrade over 18362.116. It turned out to be an upgrade-in-place (not a new build).
    If 18362.116 (being the latest build, and the 'release' build) was already installed, I'm not sure what you were expecting to happen.

    Interesting.

    Updated two laptops with Pro edition, both started from 1809.

    On one I got the standard abilities to defer updates associated with Pro edition, on the other I got the deferral options of Home.
