Did the update yesterday, used WCT and worked fine, took about 45min. Everything seems fine performance wise but I was checking on the reserved disk space for windows update and I don't see it listed in storage (reserved storage).
I remember reading somewhere that if you have more than 3 partitions it stops it, and checking disk management I have 4 partitions so I guess that is it.

Also, has anyone enabled the enhanced search index option? I can't really it performing much better with SSD's, but who knows.

I seem to remember upgrade in the name and I don't remember a $.
I have a 20MB folder called Windows10Upgrade on my system.
    Also a small folder $GetCurrent.
I used the Update Assistant to update so this must be leftovers from that.

Weird, was able to update an Intel NUC to 1903 with Windows Update yesterday, but my Dell XPS 9570 only picking poor WIndows Defender definitions, still on v1809 b17763.529.

Yep, all from Update Asst. All leftover trash. All missed by MS as worthy of clean-up.

Not all that weird - MS said they were going to let it out slowly based on feedback and telemetry. I wasn't getting it through WU either, so I cheated and downloaded it from UUPDump. Upgraded from the resulting ISO, and all is well.

Something to check. The upgrade turned on System Restore for me.
It is so blooming random i.e. sometimes on when off and vice versa. How hard can it be to get this right?

I tried the Update Assistant. It just flashed to a screen saying thank you for updating. I am on Build 1903 Version 18362.116. Is that the release?
    Yes.

I made the error of downloading the .iso and installing it as an upgrade over 18362.116. It turned out to be an upgrade-in-place (not a new build).
