If you used the upgrade assistant it leaves a large upgrade folder in the C root. Can't remember the exact name but it's obvious.
    $Get...... something. $Get_Current? Close.....

I got rid of everything like that when I cleaned out unneeded files. I always make sure all the stuff is gone before I do Macrium backups.

Edge is very slow in this build for some reason

First thing to do is to check CPU usage in Task Manager with no other apps open. It's possible Windows is still optimizing everything.

Give Windows some time to complete all its post install processes. Edge should eventually run smoothly. If not, then you may have a real problem.
In my case, this is what I just wrote in another thread (post #1791) regarding 1903 and Edge is part of the problem:

Mount a pre-inplace mrimg. Do a TreeSize on each and the current in a split window. Maybe it will pop out.

Thanks. I'll do that a bit later when time permits. But whatever it is, the same thing occurred in 3 systems.

I really have no idea whether the OS was compressed or not prior to the upgrade. I'm uncompressing as I type this.

Now all my Win10 apps are crashing. Good grief!

EDIT1: I give up. Rolling back (reimaging) to previous release. Discovered I have redirected user folders duplicated in addition to the Win apps crashing.
That's nothing (I know of) to do with compression of the OS. You must have discovered something else that went bonkers.
