I don't see a '19H2' anywhere, do you? It's all 20H1 in skippy - perhaps MS have quietly switched over to a 12 month cycle without telling us?
Slow ring will get 19H2 builds, as soon as Insider team releases some.

I just hope it does not fail again or give me a black screen. I dread doing a clean install which means 6+ hours getting every thing the way I had it with much stress and yelling.
    Stop!
Before you start again read this: Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903

And make sure no external USB disks are connected, and turn off restore points.

Oops. Just got a message about sd cards - can’t install. I’ve upgraded to 116 with sd card in place in laptop with no issues. Go figure.

Anyone manage to perform the update through Windows Update, or is the Update Assistant the best way to perform the update? Guess external drives should still be removed prior to the update as well? Anyone know if it affects the letters of other internal drives?

Install seems very slow this time around. Don’t recall last installs being so slow.

Success. My mistake was hitting the reset button when my screen went black. My monitor will sometimes not show an input even though it is active when Windows updates. No problem Macrium restored and using the MCT copied from the flash drive installed fine.

The real issue though come patch Tuesday if the update will fail to install like it has done in the past using the May 2019 update.
