Yes I agree on the confusion but what he saw is exactly what I got on one pro machine...

Starting with 1903 MS have dropped the Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted) and non-targeted categories, as they announced earlier....

    Microsoft said:
There is work underway to evolve the Windows Update for Business model, and have deferrals based on just one offset date. Once that happens, the SAC-T entry on the release information page will go away...
Windows 10 and the disappearing Semi-Annual Channel Targeted (SAC-T)

Apparently, what is supposed to happen in the 1903 upgrade is that that a 'just one offset date' will be calculated from the existing Targeted/non-Targeted and Features deferral settings with a resulting date that is has the same practical effect as the original settings. It may be a bug in this process that has made the defer settings 'disappear'.

I'm currently trying out a few permutations of the above settings in a VM then upgrading to 1903 to see if I can reproduce the problem.

Thanks Bree. I'm trying a repair install from mounted ISO.

On same device I have this Intel AC7260 wireless card. Won't work on new drivers but use to work if I used February 2014 driver. Now it BSOD's on network sys. Time for a USB dongle, far to much energy used to keep $35 card alive.

I finally got my 1903 update from windows update and all seem to work fine. But I am
affected with a problem that apparently existed with previous versions of windows.

"APPS and Features" is not working. When I open settings
and click on apps it crashes. I tried to run it in safe mode and this is
the message I get: systemSettings.exe exception array bounds exeeded
I have run chkdsk, SFC and DISM and non find any problem
The funny thing is that when I boot in windows if I try to open apps it will
crash. But after waiting about 10, 15 minutes it works normally!!!

Any idea how to fix this?

Try a clean install and see if that works. My 1749 did that as well.

I cant update on my Dell XPS 15 9570 laptop, because it just gives "This PC can't be upgraded to Windows 10" with no information about why after 20 minutes of "doing update". Where can I find out why? It just links me to https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/...for-windows-10

Try moving the Update Assistant to the Downloads folder or your desktop. Report back what you get.
