    Yep. The MCT is compressed ESD format, much smaller. The Heidoc is un-compressed WIM format. Both are functionally identical.

    I had decided to wait, since I was having no problem with 1809. I had a 1903 system setup from Insiders in a dual boot anyway. But then I decided I just wanted to move the show along, and downloaded it from UUPDump. The upgrade was nominal, and here I am with my daily driver rig happily on 1903. I just want a break from upgrades for a while...

    thanks for that. are are any important differences between ESD and WIM formats except the size of files?

    Certain DISM commands work only with the WIM format, but that's a minor case. ESD format will process a bit slower on lower grade CPUs, but nothing earthshaking. MS likes to keep the MCT ISO in the ESD format so it will fit on a Fat32 4GB limit thumb drive partition (whole different subject). Other than that, not really.

    Hi, sorry, i think i always are asking you things, but i have some cuestions
    The 18362.116 is the final bulid?
    Is safe download isos from Browse known builds - UUP dump? any reazon to preffer another official method?
    Where can download iso file from microsoft?
    I have to install 1809 and then upgrade to 1903?

    I used the Windows 10 update assistant. Upgraded from 1803 to 1903 and had gotten these two updates.
