We have to take care with all these " anti-telemetry-apps " , could be MS is not able to check your system if your ready for 1903 y/n............!

I wonder what's the point of .175 refresh release then. Safeguard hold regarding "usb bug" is still on..

I let it update through WU. It first failed because "another update was in progress". Then did "Check for updates" a 2nd time & it was successful. Took a long time over a wifi connection.

I think this version still has too many issues & will wait until each machine is offered the update.

I don't know why the USB flash drive failed to update. It was created with MCT & it was 18362.175, verified with Bree's method.

Mainly for anyone wishing to create an up to date ISO. No connection with any devices for that. Just a file.
