    Right...
Look on the bright side. You have posted the first screenshot on TenForums of a new undocumented feature. Never before has Windows Update been capable of saying that a feature update is not available for your machine yet. That is a a significant improvement over just sitting in the dark wondering if it will ever be offered.

MS have already told us that the 'Download and install now' option will appear when the feature update is ready for your machine, but they didn't tell us about this.

Here's your screenshot again, you should be proud of making this new discovery...

Almost like MS is hinting they have KB's hiding down in the Lab to do things to some machines to get them up to "readiness" status. Can't imagine what the user could do to improve the "not quite ready" status. Has to be something from MS.

    @Geosammy,

By any chance, do you have ESET as A-V because it seems that 1903 won't be offered to you if that's the case.

    That's right.
My PC isn't exactly an old clunker of a machine.
I keep it as clean as I can, with everything up to date as well.
I have no clue, as to why it isn't ready.

Which doesn't make much sense to me.
Given the fact, that I can simply go and get the ISO file,
or use any of the other various methods to install it myself.

    And this

    Emsisoft Anti-Malware, Paid license

isn't any issue? I think you would have tried that already, disabling or something.

No, looking at his Computer spec he's got Emsisoft Anti-Malware and Windows Defender running.

My money is on a missing Servicing Stack that update is not picking up on.

Not sure what "ESET" is, I use Emsisoft as my AV.
I'm waiting for my Emsisoft subscription to run, because it's not worth the $40 USD I paid for it.
Once that's over and done with, I'm going with Windows 10 native protections entirely.

This one? Or something newer? Geo can easily check the installed updates for it.

Nope, didn't think I needed to disable my AV to get updates.
I'll try shutting it off completely and check for update. Once I'm sure it's entirely shut down and not running.
