It appears that currently this update is only being delivered to Insiders on the Fast, Slow and Release Preview rings. Those who are not Insiders and (like me) have downloaded 1903 from UUP Dump to install 1903 seem to be stuck at 18363.113 which appears to be the most recent CU marked for general release.

    Hi,

If you absolutely must have that update you can always join IP temporalily and bail out after it has been installed.

    Hi,

    Code:
    C:\Windows\system32>dism /online /add-package /packagepath:D:\TEMP\windows10.0-kb4505057-x64_82177eb7ef0e22b331ce38804a39fbbf12c5cf86.cab
That should install it once you have downloaded this KB. Adjust the path according to your situation.

    Cheers,

Interesting. When Shawn first post this, the initial wording was:

"Microsoft released a new cumulative update to the Window Insider program Slow, Fast and Release Preview rings."

Now Fast is dropped, hence Skippy is also. Checked my VM Fast/Skippy...nothing. So only for 183xx.xxx. My VM RP did update to 18362.116. And 1809 to 17763.504.
