here you can found it. It has a download link at bottom.
Latest microcode for CPUID: 306C3 is 27 and i don't think that intel gonna release anything newer because the new discovery hole uses txt instruction and haswell has it disabled from 2015 because of eratta.

    Good morning Steve.
According to the latest Intel guidance i5-8265U should be 0xC6... and that's what you have!
Why isn't my Haswell i5-3570K in that list when it is listed on page 1 of this thread. I do have the latest 0x21 microcode according to page 1 of this thread.

I can tell you that the patch survives the 1909 upgrade.

As I said earlier, if you run the intel processor identification utility --- it WILL tell you whether you have the patch installed.

After you applied the Microsoft microcode patch, your CPU Revision will change to whatever it's listed on page 1 of this thread. So for example, if you have Amber Lake Y (the first CPU listed on the first page) and you have patched your computer --- when you run the intel processor identification utility, it will show that you have CPU Revision 0xB4.

The list in the 1st post comes from Microsoft and is definitely older than the one intel published yesterday!

Now, to be honest, I wouldn't hold my breath that a CPU launched in Q2-2012 like the i5-3570K will keep getting updates from intel and consequently from Microsoft and the OEMs, as it's quite old. But again who knows...

It didn't trigger anything when I downloaded yesterday to verify that the patch survived the 1909 update.

So the microsoft site says that for my 8700k, the microcode is still 0xb4
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...rocode-updates

But if you view this recent PDF from a couple weeks ago, it says there is a new revision 0xC6. Am I looking at this right?

Also, Im not on 1909 yet, but I suppose I should upgrade. Is there a new version of this microcode one for 1909? Or do I keep using the 1903 one?

It takes several months for Microsoft to test all the Intel microcode updates to releasing themselves.

You can apply the 1903 microcode now and it will survive the 1909 update. You can check what your computer's the microcode version yourself by downloading Intel's processor identification utility.

not exactly, Guitarmageddon. The KB4497165 update goes by this Intel PDF doc that was published several months ago.

and KB4497165 can be installed on both 1903 & 1909 as I manually installed KB4491765 v3 on a 1909 machine (although the machine I tested it on was using an AMD cpu, not an Intel one)
