Not sure what they changed as I have Ivybridge CPU and had uCU 21 already, this shows the same 21 listing. It came up in WU today.
I normally have it all disabled in InSpectre but it was enabled as I was testing some SSD stuff.

I must be lost. I have a AMD 8 core FX-8350 AM3 and KB4497165 just installed on mine via WU
Same here I'm running an old Wolfdale core 2 duo processor, and the update installed today. Everybody must get this update.
I've got an Intel Pentium G2100T and Windows just downloaded it tonight. Mine is listed under the Ivey Bridge.
So if i've got an AMD FX 8300 should i install this ??
It says Intel microcode.
It auto installed on mine and have no issues so left it installed. Have a look at this post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...b-dc2329d23278 .
I had this KB-number already installed in January 2020 , old version but with the same KB-number as this new one .............
When trying to install this KB again , it "says " ; "already installed ! "..........
Looks like its not possible to update this microcode on my Win10 1903 !
