New KB4500109 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 v1903 - May 14

What irks me the most is that it gets to 100% then it decides to fail wasting disk space every time. Really MS is the only company I know that chocks on installing updates to 100% then failing. 100% means done 99% means it is not done.

I used the UUP download to install 18362.86 and it worked with no problems. I then ran SU and I received a CU. It did not install the new update so I re-ran it again. this time it installed 18262.113. It is not an insider version but a May Retail version of Pro which I wanted.

I would have done that but I can't find the tool anyone. I will wait officially until the proper MCT comes out for the May update. To say using it for two weeks I noticed nothing new in performance or features. Really all I want is an Fluent Design windows explorer including Fluent Design for Win32 apps like Chrome, Firefox etc. as I loved the Aero design in Windows 7.
