Funny how Microsoft employees can update their Facebook status, and update their Twitter feeds, but can't update their own software without problems

In the nine years I've been using Ubuntu, I have never had an issue with an update or upgrade(my current VM is about 5 or 6 years old, being exported/imported when I upgraded my hardware and only upgraded through the updater and no clean installs.

Microsoft, go ask Canonical how to do it, will you already????
