    Yes, the 'download and install now' function is added to 1809 by KB4497934.

    Starting with update KB4497934, we are introducing functionality that allows you to decide when to install a feature update.
    Cumulative Update KB4497934 Windows 10 v1809 Build 17763.529 - May 21

    That is my understanding. I don't have any Home systems that have been offered 1903 yet, but I have already seen it in action in the one Pro machine that has been offered the update. None of my other machines, Home or Pro have been offered 1903 through WU.

    So, assuming everything said so far will apply to me. ( I have not read all 258 posts.)

    Question : What if I do NOT click the "Download and Install Now" link?
    Will it install automatically anyway after a "grace period" ?
