I would open event viewer and see if further details are provided, like possible name of missing file.
I would also start a new thread.
Best way to get focus on issue. Pretty sure Sandbox threads are already open.

The improvements look good. It seems to be making it more like - erm Windows 7?!! Especially the light theme. If that was intentional then a clever move considering W7 end of life coming up.

Ok, Question on windows update, advanced menu options, I am on the pro version and in 1809 I had 3 time-based update options, delayed, feature update days and quality update days. Now in 1903 I only see delayed update time and quality update day, seems I am missing feature one.
Was this changed, I didn't see have advanced pics of the menu options of 1903 yet.
Also target type option is gone.

It appears to be a bug in the 1903 update process. If you had a non-zero number of days set for defer features update or defer quality update before upgrading then that option disappears from Advanced Settings after the upgrade. This has affected a number of others, the fix in most cases seems to be an in-place repair upgrade. See this thread...Was this changed...

Hold on, I think I set it after the upgrade, hmm, I forget now, I know I set to 0 days to get or try to get the upgrade (I used MCT), now I forget if that was the feature or quality days.
