Problem with clippy is that it couldn't even get things correct like the day of the week !!!

I've seen the comment about Hyper V before but there doesn't seem to be a way to do anything with it in Home.

That is the same method I used to install it but I get this message whenever I try to start:

The 1903 SIM tool can't mount any images it seems, known issue. Fix coming sometime in the future. This will greatly impact deployment in the enterprise environment.

There are other problems with 1903. Trying to fix Dcom errors you give ownership to Administrators in registry editor in order to be able to fix a probem in Dcomfigurator.
So far so good but you can't return ownership to TrustedInstaller.
No big deal but still...
