What is new for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903

Mostly because 1809 was no prize

And still does for me, hence my reluctance to change the status quo.

Depends on how many other builds you have around to test the same benchmarks on
1809 was way lower performance than even 1709.

Not sure yet if 1903 even has anything really good to counter performance either frankly but is a little better than 1809 was/ is...
1709 still looks to be best.

One exception to 1903 is amd systems are performing better.

Yep you'd never notice
I could care a less about basic system functions
But just 1903 settings/ all apps crashing was not a good sign of how well was put together by ms

Every government has used it as a template for their operations!

And yet they cant fix the Desktop Icon text shadows. I can turn them off but when I play a game of something that resets the Windows Explorer the Desktop Icon text shadows come back. I even tried a brand new hard drive and did a fresh install of Windows 10. Same problem.
