Probably not. Could be one or two more Cumulative Updates . . . or three . . . only the Shadow knows for sure . . .
I will be busy this month end. I might not be able to wait for the official update. Should I download latest version from uupdump?

Why not? I've been running 1903 from UUPDump for almost a month now. Got the latest update a few days ago. Runs perfect on my home built AMD PC.

Nah. I'm on Insider RP and I'm up to .113, Larc.
So am I up to that on 2 desktops and a laptop. And you're probably right. MS will need to get rid of the bug that keeps any manual installation from occurring if a USB drive is plugged in, so the official release could be beyond the .113 build version.

Yeah, probably so. I forgot about that, although I couldn't update to 1903 from 1809 on the Senior Center 'chines because I was using a USB drive. Three of 'em are so old they won't boot from USB! But updating via USB worked on this 'chine. Go figure.

I am still on 1803 W10 Pro. The 1903 update tried to install itself. My Pro settings were set not to install for x days! Is it true that those Pro settings will only work to delay 1903 if you're already running 1809?

Anyway was about to clean install 1809 onto a new bigger hard drive when this happened. All I have been able to do is delay 1903 for a month (I think). So should I clean install 1903 now? Is all fine? Or continue to clean install 1809?

Why didn't you just mount the iso in file explorer, and click the .exe?
That's the only way I do it for a long time now.

Surprising how many people don't use this method considering its quicker. Was doing the same with Daemon tools virtual cd years ago, before Win10

I thought of that later on, Cliff. So far, I'm only working with one of the small machines so we'll be prepared when the updates start.

BTW, can I "change my mind" to pause updates for 7 days? What I'm thinking is to keep them from interfering with our classes when they update, then update them at a more convenient time.
