    Oops, manually downloaded this update and installed without problems. Wasn't offered this after .437 was offered today. Hadn't been on windows in a while though.

    @jimbo - I too was wondering - this explains it rather well https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_era_name

    In particular "The current era is Reiwa which began on 1 May 2019......"

    Just curious was everyone meant to get this update? I got the 10.0.17763.437 update but not this and I have got the 10.0.17763.475 today.

    Hello lintern,

    KB4501835 was a stadalone update that had to be manually installed (if wanted). It wasn't available via Windows Update like the new KB4495667.
