and rebooted. I ran sfc /scannow again after that and it came out OK this time around.

Just tried sfc /scannow in admin cmd and it worked just fine.

No go over 34%. no matter what.

This happened to me couple of builds ago.. No matter what, sfc couldn't finish (think it was about the same %)

No problems after update.

It was same in previous build, that's where it started.
