    Then Reboot (Very important) and right after run:

    icacls C:\Windows\WinSxS

    sfc /scannow

    I am just trying to figure out if this issue has been fixed once for all. Thanks in advance and I would really appreciate it. LOL

    Thanks IronZorg89 - that icacls C:\Windows\WinSxS fixed my SFC failing at 35%.
