So is this for release preview?
In addition to a new Cumulative Update KB4497093 released for Windows 10 18362.86 to Windows Insiders, a new KB4498524 servicing stack update has been released that may be required to be installed first before getting KB4497093.

Microsoft released a new Servicing stack update to Window Insider program Slow, Fast and Release Preview rings. This update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack, which is the component that installs Windows updates.

Installing servicing stack updates (SSU) ensure that you have a robust and reliable servicing stack so that your devices can receive and install Microsoft security fixes.
How to get this update
Method 1: Windows Update
To receive this update, you must be a Windows Insider (Slow, Fast or Release Preview ring) AND currently running Insider Build 18362.30, 18362.53 or 18362.84 for the update to be downloaded and installed automatically from Windows Update.
Note: This update is also available through Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
Method 2: Microsoft Update Catalog
Windows Insiders may also download the standalone package for this update, go to the Microsoft Update Catalog website.

There are no official details available that I can find, but I would assume that you would need to install it if you don't get the KB4497093 update.
No idea if only needed for specific Insider ring or not.
I ran the DIsm command in elevated command prompt and it did it's thing but version still shows .53.
It worked for me...
