Apologies if already mentioned, but has there been any update regarding the future timeline of the builds? The fact that they merged Fast into Skip Ahead in 20H1 makes me think there won't be a build cycle with 19H2, but maybe I'm wrong.
I think this is what best answers your question (Highlighted in green). I got it in my Inbox from MS since I am an insider on my second physical machine:

It’s a busy time for Windows Insiders these days. We recently rolled out the Windows 10 May 2019 Update (19H1) to the Release Preview ring. We also moved Insiders in the Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast ring forward to 20H1. (This will give us a longer lead time to work on some things currently in development.) As for the 19H2 development branch, we will begin releasing bits to Insiders later this spring. Look for more details soon. In the meantime, keep that feedback coming.1

Disabling the Search service appears to work for most people or, if you have a backup of a previous build you can update directly from that. The .53 CU appears to be the culprit.

I tried the disable Search Services to get 1885 to Install. It did install but I kept getting a GSOD and had to use a Macrium Image to roll back.

Finally managed the UUP method....a clean install.....means having to spend ages resetting everything.
