    NHL streams in Edge, with any modifications in Sandbox. Just check the links at nhlreddit. There is no bug outside Sandbox, our Internet speed is 60-70M near the router (not using 5G band).

    Any one get a mystery object in the start menu on upgrading to 1903?
    Now have an object called ms-resource:AppName/Text at the bottom of the start menu.
    Something about Windows Holographic first run. Currently my understanding the only way to get rid of it is to create a new user profile. Lot of work for a nuisance.
    Also Cortana is broken - wont respond to voice - just crashes.

    Tried downloading and something is weird. The nvidia webpage says the file is 537.48 MB while the size of actual file downloaded is only 40.6 MB. When tried to run it, the UAC promt says "publisher : Unverified". Is Nvidia trying to go with web installer or is this another CCleaner fiasco?

    From Geforce.com: CDN problem, only about 1/2 the DL was propagated at launch to some servers, everyone needs to wait for the cache to be cleared and reupped.

    You should try download it again.

    That seems probably the most likely reason.
    Update: Link works now and gives the correct file.

    Yes, and no.

    Yes, I have your mysterious object (and then some). Here it is in a VM 'clone' of my main machine that I upgraded to 1903.

    But no, it wasn't the upgrade to 1903 that put it there. My 'real' main machine is still on 1809 and shows the same thing in its Start menu.

    The one at the bottom that changed name and lost its icon in the upgrade had the icon for the Connect app in the 1809 start menu.

    Don't know if it is a Windows issue or Firefox issue but I got this issue earlier. After this notification Firefox goes blank and then webpage reappears but seems pretty sluggish. Checked in about:support page and h/w acceleration seems to be ON.

    Sounds like an Intel bug: How to Fix (Intel) - YouTube
    From the Start Menu, open FF with Run as administrator. This quick method removes apps abnormal behaviors. Downgrade Intel driver is also an option.
