    I think someone said in the comments that the app crash bug is in the UUPdump?
    HI DD, uupdump.ml has never failed to work flawlessly for me, and dead easy compared to all previous methods I've hassled with; including twice yesterday for one install on each of my two multi-boot machines. This is the link I launched from for V-1903 (build 18362.53): UUP dump: Select language for Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 (18362.53) amd64
    Just select select your windows version, select download and convert, download that tiny zip to a drive with plenty of space, extract it, run the executable as admin, and it will download all the uups AND convert them to an ISO all in one binary number crunching mega-shot. Then right click on your shiny new ISO to mount it, and run setup.exe as always,voila'...

    There is no problem with live upgrade (ISO file=setup.exe). Discover the bug with trials and errors, no one upgrade from the ISO image. Did not have the ISO file.
    You must be a member of MSDN I think to get it, but its the same ISO.

    I just tested out Sandbox. I even used Windows built in Game Tools to capture a short video clip of it. No issues at all. What would you like for me to test?
    Thanks for replying!

    Streaming @ 6600kbps in Sandbox is choppy or loosing the signal for a fraction of a second. Just like if 8Gig of RAM is not enough.

    What Keith mentioned is the only thing I could think of as well.

    @HRPuffnstuff

    Does it have Insider Preview in the edition name like below on your computer that got this update?

    Attachment 230142
    Mine also does not say, "Insider Preview" in the above indicated spot, but it is very much an Insider's release... I've never been on the Preview ring, only on the Fast ring, which is where I got 18362.53 originally--last week, was it?--and I've had no problems at all with the original .53 Insider's release. My guess would be the reason it doesn't say "Insider Preview" is because I've never been on the preview ring--soon as I got .53 i set myself back to the slow ring to stay on .53 for awhile. I'll wait for awhile before jumping back on the fast ring.

    When my laptop was presented with it on WU it was not on the insider program, however, my desktop was. It didn't say insider preview on it but it did fail to complete and then was never offered again. During that process it managed to wipe out my profiles and corrupt some files. I ended up clean installing 1809 afterwards and tried the insider 18343 ISO which did install, however, it refused to install any of the updates afterwards so I rolled back to 1809 and will let it ride until rtm next month.

    NP!

    What kind of streaming tools are you using and where are you streaming the data? Are you streaming from within the Sandbox or from the host just capturing the sandbox?

    I'm asking because I need to setup a similar environment in order to provide you with any valuable information.

    AIUI the ISO released to MSDN is for 18362.30, so that would be the one to get from UUP Dump (well, it's the one I went for).

    MS drops all indication that it's a preview as it gets close to the RTM build.
