Cumulative Update KB4493509 Windows 10 v1809 Build 17763.437 - April 9 Win Update

i'm on v1903 now but i'm not running Avira AV software. i too had problems with freezes for up to a couple of minutes. i had quite a few odd problems with v1809 esp. on boot up. i now figure that some of these problems may have been with the AV software and not Windows. but its impossible to know. i will see how stable my system is with v1903 without Avira installed. then once i feel like i have a stable system i'll try installing Avira AV again and by that time hopefully the problems have been fixed. is MS or Avira or both at fault? i have no idea.

This update is so good that it just had to be pushed and deployed twice

Joking aside: I will check on my home PC today in the evening.

no updates here (UK 14:02 time) - I must be at the end of a very long sewer. Nothing new there then.
