    Bah

Quickest roll-back ever. Upon upgrade to 1903 (which didn't take very long) on my Dell Latitude 5285 (Dell's version of the Surface tablet, nicknamed the "Durface"), the camera for Hello stopped working, as did several bluetooth devices. I also was having certificate troubles with Outlook 365, which prompted me non-stop for logins. All these things seem pretty fundamental, so I can't be impressed with the release just yet. Rollback was quick and painless.Guess I'll wait a while for a stable release.

there is none from MUC about 1903 except for KB4495666 CU and KB4493478 flash

on the other hand, 1903 ISOs (build 18362.30) were just released to MSDN & VS subscribers earlier today (lucky them )

all others will have to wait for the 1903 public release in late May, which should include a much higher build than 18362.30

This isn't the Microsoft catalogue; however, Kari has created a video on how to get it from UUPDump. The video can be found here:

The first post in this thread tells us that Insiders on Release Preview are eligible to get 18362.30. Since the OP is having problems with WU, that tells me he's an Insider and I'm pretty sure he's on the Release Preview.

In fact, I had almost the same problem . . . WU told me it couldn't install Windows 10, although I'm an Insider and on Release Preview.

So, I did the UUPDump thing and now, through a clean install and CU, have 18362.53 on my Teaching Lappy.

even though 1903 is still in the RP ring, MSDN subscribers are getting them now (for real):

If you have an MSDN account, you can download a clean copy of Win10 1903 @ AskWoody

Exactly. Which I have had since April 9. I got 18362.30 on April 8 and 18362.53 on April 9, as per the first post in this thread. So, 18362.xx is available now, the same as MSDN subscribers.

    ZDNet says: Yet now, on April 18, Windows 10 1903/May Update (Build 18362.30) . . .
So, at this point, I may be a little ahead of MSDN subscribers because I have 18362.53 instead. As I stated earlier, 18362.30 is available via UUPDump and 18362.53 is available via CU.

Which means that if @jimboTX goes the UUPDump route, he will be as up-to-date as possible at this moment.

I still can't install 1903 on my laptop so I'll have to wait for the WU release with the latest updates.
I've read the cpu requirements for 1903 and my 3 series atom is not among the supported processors so I'm thinking that this might have been the root cause for my laptop not being able to upgrade. I tried the 18343 ISO which did install but it refused to apply the CU afterwards.
