I got something this morning - about 26 assorted Intel, Realtek & Surface firmware updates - all dated last year, bar one from this year. I'm running a Surface Pro 4? with W10 ver 379. Weird.
The following updates are available for all Surface Pro 6 devices running Windows 10 April 2018 Update, version 1803 or greater:
