I edited my post to include a how-to. Have you seen or tried it? Thoughts?

    Thanks.
Anyone of those to " Prevent from installing until you alert me" ? As defer just stops all.

Anyway Microsoft needs to allow us to decide on which drivers to install or not. That said, check out this how-to: How to temporarily prevent a Windows or driver update from reinstalling in Windows 10
I have tried that tool just yesterday and it did not find anything, but it worked now.
Maybe there had to be some updates for it to deal with, I guess, thanks are in order.

Well of course it needs an update that can be hidden in order to hide one

Cool, MS fixed the lockscreen. Or at least halfway, at least it shows a picture instead of that stupid green background. Still cannot set my own picture though

After reading Microsoft's page for KB3081424 I would think it's akin to a Service Pack.

I have build 10130 but Update says I'm up to date. With build 10240 released, obviously I am not up to date. I looked for a fix and read something about a "simple shell" fix which requires some registry changes. Frankly, I couldn't follow it. Is...
