New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Slow 18362.30 (19H1) - Apr. 4 Insider

I am running 1903 latest build and I note that it reserves space even if reserved storage space but is turned off via regedit from @Brink Tutorial.

After some googling, this seems to be the case for others as well.

Any way to delete it?.

Couldn't it just be merged with the main partition if it's empty ?

No - it is not a real partition - some form of virtual drive.

It is a system generated VHD (virtual hard disk)., completely hidden and unremovable.

Yeah - that was my conclusion as well.

I am guessing this is like a fixed vhd rather than an expandable?

If so, it has physically reduced my SSD capacity by 8GB.
