So 1903 is NOT the right one?
No, its correct. 18362 is 1903. Have not upgraded at the moment, but it's updating right now.

(please don't laugh at the dl speed... I'm using another network atm, because of the move I'd had to send the router back)

My speeds before I got an upgrade was at 128kbps, now it's 3mbps. Mine is already done.

I was at a house on dial up two weeks ago.

    Seriously, dial up.

No data limit. Of course not, how much data can you download on dial up 7/24.

"Working on updates 79%. Don't turn off your PC. This will take a while". This is the message I am having right now on my production PC upgrading to 1903 after a restart. So far, everything seems to head for a good final result. Fingers also crossed!

Done for me also regarding 19H1. First look and feel seems to be sleek. Checking for updates again give some updates for Adobe Flash; .NET Framework & definition updates for WD. Next, time for another system backup.
