These updates..

KB4505057 Cumulative update for 1903 build 18363.116
KB4505056 Cumulative update for 1809 build 17763.504

...both have the same fix in them: "Addresses an issue that may prevent access to some gov.uk websites..." In the case of 1809 it's the only fix, 1903 has one other.

I guess MS decided that blocking access to the UK's .gov.uk sites was a significant enough a bug to warrant an out of band CU.

BTW, my non-insider install of 1903 is not seeing KB4505057, I suspect it's only released for the RP at present. My 1809 did get KB45056 though.
