I'm staying on Skip Ahead 20H1. Not seeing any problems and don't expect any new features for months.

May?! I guess they took the last disastrous release to heart.

You said it as it is Mike. It is also known as 19H1 which means if it's released by the end of June it's still within the targetted release date

Unlikely, I'd expect it to be still called 1903 as that represents the month the code was declared as finalised, no further features to be added. It has already reached that stage, any further changes should be by cumulative update and minor build numbers, not a new major build number.

I have all three versions, Marty.

    On my Dual Boot Desktop:
    1. Partition 1 Production = Version 1809 Build 17763.404
    2. Partition 2 Skip Ahead = Version 1903 Build 18865.1 (Where did 20H1 go???)

    Little Lenovo = Version 1903 Build 18362.1

    Teaching Lappy = Version 1809 Build 17763.404

All of my computers (I refuse to call my computer a device!) are running well with no problems.

Has anyone seen a Microsoft announcement that they've changed the April 2019 Release to May 2019?

    I'm totally confused:

With the release of the Windows 10 May 2019 Update, we are introducing new features that provide additional clarity and control over the update experience, both for feature updates and optional monthly non-security updates. New, straightforward controls were designed to help prevent updates from occurring unexpectedly and to make it very clear which type of update is selected. At the heart of this change is a new “Download and install now” option in Windows Update settings.
Have they changed the April 2019 Update to May 2019, or are they now adding monthly updates? Sheesh!

18362 > RP next week. Cook there for the rest of April and part of May. Late May, 18362 > public if you "check for Updates". That's the short version.

Long version is all of post #1.

I saw that, TC, but there was absolutely no mention of the April Update.

IOW, it's like walking into a heavily advertised meeting for Windows 10 and find the presenter talking about Linux with no mention that the subject has been changed!
