The feedbacks in English have many more votes and, in my opinion, Microsoft takes them more into account, when I write a feedback, I always do it in English and when I discover a bug in some build, I always change my language to English to search if someone has already reported it in that language in the feedback hub, thanks to this new feature, I no longer have to change the language of the entire OS.
We should also keep in mind the article (perhaps Shawn can hellp me out) which talks about the strictly MS Interneal builds in June and December on which all this stuff is based on. If that is still operative than the base code for 1903, which will be released in May and is now in "public" (i.e. Insider) on the RP Ring is based on code from last December! So I expect myself that new features won't appear on Skippy/Fast rings until July which is acturally OK with me - I'll go through several different versios of Linux (like Fedora Silverblue right after this post) and this version of Windows will be my "stable" release (for me that means slow rollout of some of the third-party software I've bought over the years). Rawhide completely collapsed after the last update. I've got a GB of VMware and VirtualBox VMs on a XFS formatted software RAID volume. Let's keep on truckin
Windows 10 Insider Preview 18875.1000 (rs_prerelease)
Skip ahead and fast rings have apparently been merged.
