Getting that screen on every boot as well. Nothing has resolved the issue for me, including clicking on Let's go.

Yes, I agree, I have gone through lets go, done next on phone verification, get the text and M$ wants me to install their Microsoft Launcher on my Android Phone...WHICH I DO NOT WANT.
So then the screen goes away, use PC for a while , Shut Down and Cold re-boot and the screen is there again!.
I checked Task Scheduler and cant see anything that 'may be' this log in screen.
Sorry not a fan of clean installs all the time on SSD's, IMO it is a waste of time, old mechanical drives yes.
Anyway, just another issue from M$ who keep giving us rubbish no one wants or even uses....KISS.
