Would having an option to use the old style start menu be enough for those of you that want it? And having the option to turn off Metro if you want? I would think that would be easier than splitting Windows 9 into two distinct touch and non touch versions. Something in the Add or Remove Features section to toggle it on or off? After using 8.1 for a while now I don't miss the old style start menu. I do see why some want it back though. It would suck to have to reinstall to switch from one to the other after trying one side of the coin and not liking it.

EDIT: Ops looks like already posted this thought, not paying attention and reading all the posts. My apologies. :sorry:

Most of that is about Phone and tablets, I just hope Microsoft doesn't forget there are still a lot of us desktop users out here who don't want a tablet OS. But, I agree it would be good for us if they made things cheaper as Stephanie says.
I agree whole heartedly Steve. There are still millions of us who like, build, and use "real" computers without poking ourselves silly.

I can think of 17 Trillion dollars of reasons why the Chinese get the leaks first!
