    Friday builds often come out at 5:00 Eastern, so it's not too late. Or maybe 18362 really is the final 'RTM' build for 19H1, so there's no new build... maybe next new build for the Fast Ring is 19H2?

    Possibly.... This still confuses me. Why 2 versions for each 18362, and no others. From UUPDUMP. Any clues?

    My understanding of UUPDUMP is they get the bits right off MS servers. Unaltered, un-tainted, un-messed-around-with. They've always been reliable and right on. Hmmmmmmm......

    Likely one is from the Slow Ring and one is from the Fast Ring, which both are the same.
