Just noticed upgrading to 1903 reinstated system restore which I always turn OFF!

Yet others, it turns it off.

Always seems to flip-flop it from whatever state you last used - lol.

    Hi Galileo,

I'm sorry, I hadn't seen your post. All the reason why a section for known bugs and temporary or permanent fixes would really help. You could search for the specific bug or add to the page.

Mine turned off, as usual. Even set the space to zero which it usually leaves as set.

It's a good idea but it could get out of hand and confusing, it would also create a lot of work for the site admins to collate it all because it could get spread around a lot of random pages.

It's worth mentioning to Brink and z3r010 though and see what they think. Probably the best way would be a thread with subjects sectioned off by build number.

Mine's off. I thought that was working as designed, the idea being that with Insider builds coming at a fairly rapid clip, trying to restore from a restore point could create havoc. I don't even think about it - I just take a lot of images with Macrium.

It's definitely not a backup but I have experienced glitches that the restore function can put right. But have to admit it is a LONG time since I have used it so don't get too het up over it being off.

Even if it was for posting links to the posts here and the other Insider threads. Kinda a cross reference. Just thinking out loud. Dangerous, I know.....
