    I just checked settings-apps and it seems to be working ok. I did restart first .

    Did you try accessing immediately after restart? After running for awhile it works.

    I think for now MS is trying to troubleshoot some issues and bugs that are preventing it from being ready for release. IMO for what it’s worth.
