Mike, the last recognizable code name was Redstone 5, Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.404), which is basically, the October 2018 Update. That's it; no more code names.

As an Insider, I'm testing 19H1, Version 1903 (OS Build 18632.1). 19H1 translated is first half of [20]19. There is no Redstone or anything else resembling a code name except for 19H1.

As an Insider, I'm also testing 20H1, Skip Ahead Version 1903 (OS Build 18865.1) which should be the April 2020 Update.

Actually, Blued, @Mooly was responding to the post about UUPDump, not about the Skip Ahead version which just happened to be what he was working with at the time. UUPDump works with all the Insider Builds.
    Hi there
You can even use UUPDUMP for "Standard" Windows builds plus the "Features update" one as well. I've found it works every time with whatever build you want to install.

I know Ms wants to test the standard WU process but IMO since this method is so reliable why doesn't Ms recommend using this process to install new builds and just keep WU for updating fixes and security upgrades.

18865 is the skip ahead version (20h1), not the same as the thread topic is about (18362 - 19h1). 18362 is the more stable and likely RTM one soon. But if 20h1 is just something you want to play with, then makes sense.

Yep, I'm just playin' however I can see that I can also get ISO's of old build which is just what I was looking for here:

I went down this route because I did want to try 20H1 and found the official route closed at the moment.

Just out of interest (and some of you will know how much I whinge about standard updates devouring HDD space) I found that with 1809 updated I had around 41 Gb free space, updating to 19H1 increased that to around 43Gb free, and finally updating 19H1 to 20H1 has increased that again to 45Gb. Nutz

I'm amazed (really) how trouble-free the updating has been and thus far have found nothing obviously amiss with any of the builds. Desktop layouts and custom icons and so on all carried over correctly.

    Hi there
After updates did you remember to delete the Windows.old file - use context menu under Disk properties. If you need to revert back just use a restore rather than the windows.old method -- I assume most people take backups before updating their systems.

Yeah, MS wants us to test Windows Update, but Little Lenovo is slower than molasses in January, and sometimes I need to do a clean install of the Fast Ring. This happened when she suddenly decided to give me a GSOD. Lenovo hasn't made it easy to boot from anything but the hard drive, and there's no DVD drive. So, at that point, I create an ISO so I can use Setup to install.

Also, I like to have an ISO of Production, Skip Ahead and Fast Ring, just in case something goes wrong and that's the only way I can get going again. I know there are other ways; especially Macrium, which I use to back up my Production partition. But, this one's easily done and works just fine.

Rugby - real man's game - no wimpy protection gear.
I used to have this debate all the time when I lived in the south pacific. Do you know where Rugby ranks in the top twenty sports of most catastrophic injury and deaths? It's not even on there... Field hockey is number one, and American football is number two. So don't talk of "wimpy protection gear". There are more catastrophic hits between men, in American football than any other sport on the planet. The ONLY reason field hockey ranks above AF is the ball hitting players in the head.
Outside of that, I brought a football helmet back with me, when I lived in Samoa. I had the guys arguing your point put it on, and I slapped them upside the head. They got the message real quick. You Euro guys don't get it at all, because you've never played. The gear doesn't tone down the violent hits, it ramps them up. Because of the gear, world class athletes collide at full speed. That doesn't happen in any other sport, especially Rugby, where they play so sloppy it's impossible to get a clean hit on a guy. In all my years in the south pacific watching Rugby, I NEVER saw any collisions like I see in American Football. Having the gear pushes guys to hit way harder. Rugby just has guys doing dirty crap, like poking eyes in the scrum...

As for being off-topic. The thread is really slow these days, as we are all waiting on the next build or news about the next move. So debating a little sports isn't such a horrible thing. I've seen these threads go way further off-topic than this over other things. So I hope nobody is offended.

There is no 18363. Also 1809 is a different OS than 1903.
