What gets me going is the lack of MS development procedures... back in the day ( say early 2000's when I did my MCSD certain parameters were set for testing be it dev, acceptance, user whatever,...these are no longer being adhered to --- notwithstanding the change in MS management and the Insider paradigm - there is a legacy that needs to be maintained... if only technically.

I tried but every time I tried to record for the FBH it started working normally.

Did a manual restart which seems to take ages the first time you do it, same in the last three builds for me. However after that it restarts fast.
Settings/Apps is working fine.
