Just over an hour to the desktop. Settings->Apps now seems to work first time.

Check it hasn't been paused. There was a note about that for some users on the last build.

Thanks kado897. It was still on fast build and no pause. Retried and it started—just guess it’s old like me and things are slower.

I hope they also fixed the problem of not being to connect to USB drive when running VMWare Player. I'm using my desktop to run some programs in the background so I'll have to update later.

Updated was fast...logged in settings / apps worked first time then rebooted and went to settings then apps and it vlcrashed but works after trying a few times...so I can confirm the app's crash is still present like stated...update was very fast though !
