I'm still at those 11%. Cleaned Downloads and restarted service but no change. Nothing happening in task manager either.
I'm at "Installing ..." now. Hopefully be ready to restart soon.

Installing at 18% - fast by my old laptop's usual time.

Hah - knew it was too good to be true ... back to 70% getting things ready. It can upgrade over night as usual 😈

This one is taking a long time for me.
Funny how variations occur. One computer was downloaded and restarted and finished very quick --- one that is usually slow as a snail. My other computer that is usually fast was slower this time. Both finished and all is well.

Has anyone ever noticed that shortly after the first few reboots, you quickly get to 85%. Then it's time for another reboot, and when it comes back, it's on 75%. From there, it's a very deliberate climb back up, in a realistic fashion, to 100%, but it's weird that it always races to 85% and then goes back before going forward again. I've seen it do this for months now, but before that, I don't really think it worked that way.

Unrelated, but this build messed up my Windows Insider choice in Settings. It wanted to run a fix, which I let it do, and I eventually got it back to SA, though no thanks to the fix.
