    Started getting this suddenly:
    Cumulative Update KB4489899 Windows 10 v1809 Build 17763.379 - Mar. 12-image.png
    Reinstalled Skype but still same thing. Verified account and everything.s right. No camera or microphone connected right now.

    This is where I often get confounded; Isn't Skype a Microsoft't product and should be automacally excluded. Help me there!
