Thanks @Brink for the addition of known issue in first page:
[ADDED] After installing this update, MSXML6 causes applications to stop responding if an exception was thrown during node operations, such as appendChild(), insertBefore(), and moveNode().

Group Policy editor may also be affected when editing a Group Policy Object (GPO) that contains a Group Policy Preference for Internet Settings.
Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.
Now, I was wondering what is MSXML6?. Answer and to have an idea:

Production machine got here on its own, and just rebooted other household production PCs (son's & wife's) to bring them current. No issues to report, thank goodness.

    Odd Experience:

    1. Wife's computer reported an error, with a Retry button. Clicked on same, found that file had been downloaded, so it started the install process.

    2. As (1.) meant that our internet link would not be overly busy, started the update process on my computer. That was slow, as on the other machine, but it worked.

    3. When the final step of (2.) reached 100%, but seemed to be taking a long time, I went back to wife's computer and finished the update and reopened her regular programs for her.

    4. (3.) done, I returned to my computer, to find a black screen. Waited a while, finally got a log-on screen, so I entered my password, and that is when the odd experience appeared: The long-on was nearly instantaneous, and when it completed, I was on my desktop, with everything already loaded, such as firewall, printer, and so on, and ready for me to open my programs and start computing.

This was as though I had previously logged on after the update process had finished, waited for the usual startup processes to finish, then logged off, which I had NOT done.

This update is included on patch tuesday of March 12? Or will be offered in next week without press check for update?
